Navigating in an uncertain world

Footloose was on the hard when Covid-19 became a Pandemic and Guatemala closed his sea air and land borders. The idea of not being able to see my kids made me sick and strong at the same time. Being locked in by closed borders and the sandbar at the entrance of the river was a very bad feeling. I decided to do whatever is possible to get back to open sea again. I got permission to leave the country only if I will sail straight to the Netherlands.

Nearly 9 months later did I arrive in Panama. My daughter is with me. The Pandemic is still in our lives. Navigating the seas is more complicated. While airborders are opening up, many seaborders are still closed for yachts. Where to go now?
